The River is Flowing Fast
You have been telling the people that this is
Now you must go back and tell them that this
And there are things to be considered:
Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Be good to each other,
And do not look outside yourself
for the leader.
This could be a good time.
There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift
that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold onto the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart,
and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The Elders say we must let go of the shore,
push off into the middle of the river,
keep our eyes open and our heads above water.
See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history,
we are to take nothing personally.
Least of all, ourselves.
For the moment that we do,
our spiritual growth and journey
comes to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over.
Gather yourselves!
Banish the word 'struggle' from your attitude
and your vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done
in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.

The very nature of life suggests energy in constant flux; movement in an everylasting dance of cause and effect. Nature presents unpredictability wrapped up in repeating cycles. We are certain of elements that are attached to different aspects of our own life experiences, yet we are often unprepared for them. It is this push and pull, the contrast between rest and movement, predictability and the unexpected, that preps the stage for transformation on either a collective or personal level. We are searching for the visual representation of metamorphosis.

A human being is a part of the whole called by us "the universe" a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. this delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the circle of understanding and compassion to embreace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty >Sir Albert Einstien

create destroy harmonize
your body is literally on fire inside
buring up the oxygen you suck into your lungs
you didnt actually cut down the trees used to make your house and furniture,
but you colluded with their demise
Then there's the pyschological liquidation you've done
killing of old beliefs you've outgrown, for instance
I'm not tring to make your feel guilty--just pointing
out that you have a lot of experience with the positive expressions of destruction.
